If You Would Like to Contact Jane or Jeremy Lythgoe—the Founder or CEO

We are very sorry, Jane E Lythgoe (nee Marchant) (the Founder) and Jeremy Lythgoe (the CEO) do not have time to respond to messages or comments—unless they are very important, or if you are someone in the media who can help spread our message.

This is due to current: health, family and work commitments.

(They especially cannot respond to private messages sent to them by those of the same sex who use the "Send a Message" button on their profile pages. They consider this kind of messaging wrong because without accountability to witnesses it is more likely that inappropriate comments concerning either of them can be made.)

Although the volume of communication they receive has unfortunately outstripped their capacity to respond to everything personally, please understand that you are considered with a regard that surpasses the implication inherent in the word "member" or "friend", and that you mean a great deal to them.
